Shift: Sunday-Wednesday; 6 AM - 4:30 PM A Flow Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the replenishment fulfillment processes in the distribution center. They act as liaisons between various departments within the center to proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise. A successful Flow Coordinator is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, pays attention to detail, is open to accepting new and diverse assignments, and is goal-oriented. They are also excellent team players, possess a positive attitude, and have outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Shift: Monday-Thursday; 5 PM - 3:30 AM As a Seasonal Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Team in the day-to-day operations of the department, monitoring productivity, and communicating necessary adjustments in departmental processes. You will be expected to be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities. Additionally, you will need to provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.  *Seasonal employment is a maximum of 90 days.

This position will be in the warehouse facility, specializing in large furniture shipped across North America. This position will be on one of two shifts that cover a 7-day-per-week operation. They should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and good organizational and communication skills. Individuals should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. Candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels, including fellow employees, customers, and management.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm A Trainer is an expert in all aspects of warehouse operations. Their main responsibility is to train and develop all hourly employees, both at the beginning and on an ongoing basis. They work closely with operational leaders to identify areas where training can improve the quality of work and performance of all employees. As motivated team players with a positive attitude, they possess excellent communication skills and always show respect towards others.

They may also need to support their team on the warehouse floor, working together to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. Equipment Operators are enthusiastic team players who possess excellent organizational and communication skills, always maintaining a positive attitude.

This role serves as a primary responder to equipment issues and supports preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives. Success requires reliability, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
