Role Summary

Shift: Sunday - Thursday; 8 am - 4:30 pm

The Timekeeping Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of timekeeping processes within the organization. Responsibilities include reviewing, auditing, and reconciling timecards for hourly employees, collaborating with operations management to ensure accuracy, and generating routine and ad hoc reports. The role involves maintaining timekeeping systems, addressing employee inquiries, and providing support for time clock maintenance. Additionally, the coordinator will make recommendations for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. This position requires discretion and careful handling of sensitive data.

Role Responsibilities

  • Execute diverse responsibilities essential for comprehensive Time and Attendance management, encompassing Dimensions and Labor Tracking.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of MyTime timecards, encompassing reporting, auditing, and functionality for hourly employees. Collaborate closely with the operations management team to ensure accurate daily MyTime timekeeping, facilitating final Supervisor Timecard Approval.
  • Perform scrubbing and reconciliation of Daily Roster versus Dimensions data for enhanced accuracy.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports, providing essential support in training reporting users.
  • Maintain and manage spreadsheets and timekeeping systems to furnish requisite payroll information to Leadership & HR.
  • Incorporate all personal time into timecards from daily call-out logs. Collaborate daily with Leadership & HR to ensure precise attendance point allocation.
  • Assist employees regarding attendance, paid time off, and other timekeeping matters, escalating inquiries to HR when necessary.
  • Lead Timeclock Maintenance activities, collaborating with the HRIS team in troubleshooting, installation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of onsite time clocks.
  • Offer ongoing recommendations to the HR Manager to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across the entire timekeeping/payroll system.
  • Uphold discretion and ensure proper handling of highly sensitive data.
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager.

Role Qualifications

  • Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of software applications, computer programs, and Excel spreadsheets, adapting as necessary to meet operational requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with all associates, adeptly tailoring communication to suit diverse audiences. Capable of discerning when to engage external partners and escalating issues effectively for resolution.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Upholds high ethical standards, integrity, and maintains strict adherence to confidentiality protocols in handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

  • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods 
  • Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds
