As a Contact Center Supervisor, you are responsible for developing and coaching Customer Service Representatives to provide the highest level of customer service with the singular focus of pleasing our customers. To thrive in this position, it is crucial to be a motivated team player with a positive attitude. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail and a willingness to take on new and diverse tasks.

You should be a customer advocate and have a strong desire to provide over the top customer service. You should be able to function well in a multitask environment and be willing to accept new and diverse assignments. You must be able to work with all organizational levels including peers, customers, and management.
As a URBN Contact Center Representative, your primary responsibility is to enhance our customer’s journey through the ordering process and provide high-level customer support on existing orders. To be successful in this role, you will need to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries and keeps customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
The training class is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025.
