Candidate should be a motivated team player with good attitude and possess organizational, leadership and communication skills. Individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. Candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers, and management. Candidate must work well independently in remote environments. Candidate must also be flexible in work hours, including availability for after hour alarm calls/emergencies.
Staffing, scheduling, and development of facility security team
Execution of facility security procedures
Management of site systems (access control, CCTV, etc.)
Build a good rapport with associates and management
Occasional afterhours responsibility
Preferred College Degree or certification in Criminal Justice / Business
1-2 years of Loss Prevention / Security experience required; preferred with First Aid / CPR training
Previous Leadership Experience / Training experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Security Systems / Equipment / Technology
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
