Location: Kansas City, KS
Oversees centralized planning teams at Kansas City, KS and Reno, NV fulfillment centers.
The candidate should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess exceptional organizational skills. The candidate should be able to flourish in a production goal-oriented, multi-task environment with attention to detail and willingness to accept new and diverse assignments. The candidate must have a general understanding of Retail replenishment fulfillment processes. The ability to anticipate and solve problems is key. The selected individual must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Oversee the Centralized Planning Team and manage all logistics activities as it relates to staffing and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
Responsible for developing, documenting, and improving logistics initiatives to reach all company goals in a timely manner.
Partner with other managers to brainstorm logistics planning ideas and ensure all processes are effective and efficient.
Must be able to effectively prioritize projects and deliver planning strategies under strict deadlines.
Analyze and recommend new logistics-related strategies, as well as work to eliminate the root causes of recurring issues that raise costs or reduce services for their organization and customers.
Manage relationships with external partners.
Develop and evaluate standard operating procedures, rules, and processes to enhance communication, transfer information, and produce results.
Update and manage forecasting reports/spreadsheets.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Motivated team player with a positive attitude, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Performs well in a multi-tasked environment with strong attention to detail, while handling new and diverse assignments.
Works well with all organizational levels including peers, customers, and all levels of leadership.
Advanced knowledge of systems: RMS, WM (Manhattan), QLIK Reporting, MicroStrategy and Microsoft applications (Excel/Outlook/Word).
Able to stand / walk for an extended time.
