Shift: Wednesday-Saturday; 5:00am-3:30pm
We are seeking motivated and safety-focused Equipment Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders by operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Equipment Operators are key contributors to our warehouse operations, working both independently and as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (some equipment may elevate up to 30 feet in the air).
Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
Train and demonstrate proficiency in operating all equipment used throughout the warehouse.
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed, including picking, packing, and staging.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in all aspects of work.
Work collaboratively with team members while also demonstrating initiative in solo tasks.
Use department-specific technology such as RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreen systems to track and move inventory.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience is a strong plus.
Comfortable working at elevated heights up to 30 feet on equipment such as cherry pickers/order pickers.
Ability to understand and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality goals.
Must demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Must be able to bend, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 pounds.
Willingness and ability to operate equipment that involves coordinated hand, eye, and foot movement.
