The Jr. Facilities Coordinator supports the daily operations and administrative needs of the site's Facilities Manager. This role helps ensure smooth facility operations, assists with vendor coordination, tracks compliance, and maintains documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to support site teams and leadership.
Schedule: KC1 D583 (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm)
Facility Operations & Maintenance Support
· Assist in tracking site maintenance activities and scheduling service requests.
· Help with preventative maintenance (PM) reporting and documentation.
· Ensure general housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Vendor Coordination & Financial Support
· Track work orders and invoices for facility services.
· Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for invoicing accuracy.
· Support vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
Safety & Compliance
· Assist in ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
· Support PPE tracking and procurement as needed.
· Conduct basic site walks to report maintenance or safety concerns.
Documentation & Communication
· Maintain facility-related files and records.
· Assist in organizing training materials for site teams.
· Use Limble and Jira ticketing systems to track facility issues.
· 1+ years of experience in facilities support, maintenance coordination, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Experience with invoice tracking and vendor coordination.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
· Willingness to travel occasionally to East Coast sites.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
· Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
· Occasionally climb ladders, lift moderate weight, and operate warehouse equipment.
· Work in a warehouse environment, including exposure to seasonal weather.
· Noise level is usually moderate
