Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
A URBN Coordinator should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess good organizational and communication skills. Individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. They must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers and management.
Assist Leads/Leadership team with day to day functions in assigned department
Monitor productivity and communicate/discuss adjustments in assigned department
Clear communication across multiple levels in the URBN organization
Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility in completing special projects and/or changing business priorities
Research department specific questions from other areas of the company, including Contact Center, Home Office, and the Brands
Abide by and enforce SLA compliance in designated department
Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
Perform department specific tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Must be able to work overtime as required
All other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager
