Schedule:

Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Saturday: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Be available: Support distribution leadership on all loss prevention, security, and safety issues.
  • Be resourceful: Respond to complex and general emergency events as required.
  • Be diligent: Perform associate and vendor check-in and check-out processes to company standard.
  • Be approachable: Build a strong rapport with associates and leadership and assist Operational partners with resolving day-to-day needs.
  • Be precise: Maintain accurate truck yard records of incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments and complete accurate reports of all logistics security incidents; facilitate on-site employee oral drug screenings.
  • Be flexible: All other duties assigned by leadership based on business needs.

Role Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High school degree or equivalency required.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude towards peers and Operations partners.
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Loss prevention, security, or safety experience; with first aid/ CPR/ AED training.
  • Working knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, and access control)

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk throughout a shift 
  • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods 
  • Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds 
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
